3 fruits during the day. To have tonus and strength, I do not skimp on the vitamin C found in citrus, kiwi, blackcurrant, mango ...

I limit starches and fat. To avoid storing fat, I do not eat starchy foods more than once a day, and noon! Same for fat: we need it, but in moderation!

The proteins. Ok for red meat 2 times / week, as it will bring us some iron. Same for fatty fish, which will give back elasticity to the skin.

2 dairy products per day, history to replenish calcium.

As soon as we have returned from diapers and we have found our perinea tone, we can get back to the sport to refine and detoxify a little.

After childbirth, it is still too early to resume an intense sport. But one can quite make 30-minute walks, or "soft" activities like a few lengths of swimming, or yoga.

Two months after childbirth, you can increase the level a bit. One can start to accelerate the walk, or get to dance for example. If you feel a little replica, place the dumbbells to shake arms and shoulders!
